I’m excited to be forging a career in the Real Estate industry. I grew up in Italy and am relatively new to Australia, however it didn’t take me long to recognise that real estate is an integral part of every Australian’s life. It’s a topic that everyone discusses, whether it’s talking about their first home, their first investment or commercial opportunities. The fact that I’m in real estate is a real conversation starter and I seize every opportunity to discuss the topic that I’m so enthusiastic about.

Working in the industry allows me to play to my strengths. I’m a people person and every moment of my day is spent talking, listening and meeting people. I’m excellent at solving problems and I’m continually finding solutions for clients. This is particularly the case in the commercial property area, where it’s essential to understand what’s required at every stage of a project from approval right through to development. I’m also an expert in zoning laws, project management and identifying and utilising sources needed to navigate the complex process.

I have a head for business and excellent organisational skills, both beneficial in my role. I’ve studied economics, business, marketing and I am committed to maintaining a hands-on interest in these disciplines. My organisational skills come from a background in organising sporting and cultural events.

There’s an advantage in being relatively new to Brisbane. I have a thirst for getting to know my adopted city and its people. I see opportunities everywhere, I’m proactive about meeting new people and building networks. I also enjoy staying connected to my Italian heritage, and am an active member of Brisbane’s Italian community.
